Chef Aimee's guacamole recipe

I must admit, I used to avoid guacamole with a passion. Why such an irrational hatred of such a yummy condiment? I'm really not sure. I credit Jimmy John's for my change of heart.  This is my personal go-to recipe when I don't feel up to the task of a lot of dicing.

GUACAMOLE
Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite chunky salsa
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Peel, pit and chop avocados. Place chopped avocados in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salsa and salt and mash together with a work to combine well. Refrigerate until serving time.
