Loaded pizza soup recipe

Aahhh, Autumn! The nights are getting crisp and cool and the trees are showing us their full splendor.
When the weather starts to turn cool, I love making this soup for my family to enjoy. It pairs wonderfully with garlic bread for a delicious, hearty meal.

PIZZA SOUP 
Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild sausage, browned and drained 
  • 1 small white onion, chopped 
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips 
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes with liquid, cut into chunks 
  • 1 cup beef broth 
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni 
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 

Directions 
In a large saucepan, combine sausage, onion, mushrooms and green pepper and cook until the veggies are crisp tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients except the mozzarella and cook until heated through Ladle into oven safe bowls and top with mozzarella. Broil or microwave until cheese has melted.
