Slow cooker vegetable beef soup recipe

This delicious soup is great for busy autumn or winter days when you're running short on time but still need something to stick to your ribs.

SLOW COOKER VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound cubed beef stew meat 
  • 2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob 
  • 2 cups fresh green beans 
  • 2 cups fresh cut carrot slices 
  • 2 cups diced potatoes 
  • 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes 
  • 2 cups vegetable broth 
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
Directions 
Place all ingredients together in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or 2-3 on high.
