FLAVORFUL TURKEY BRINEIngredients
- 1 gallon cold water
- 1 gallon vegetable broth
- 1 cup Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot, stirring until salt is dissolved. Submerge turkey and allow to brine for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator before roasting as desired.
