Maple pecan fudge recipe


If you need something sweet to add to your Thanksgiving dessert table but don't have a lot of time, try out this fudge! It's quick, it's easy and it's delicious.

MAPLE PECAN FUDGE
Ingredients
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened. condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans
Directions
Butter a 8X8 inch baking dish and line with parchment paper so the paper hangs over the sides.  In a microwave safe bowl, combine chips, milk and butter. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well in between. When nearly melted, stir in extract and nuts and stir until chips have completely melted and the mixture is fully combined. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until set, about an hour. Remove the fudge by lifting out the parchment paper and cut into one inch squares.
