PEAR SHRUB
Ingredients
In large mason jar, add pears and sugar. Place lid on jar and shake. Keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours, shaking every 4 hours (when possible). After, shake and add the vinegar. Place back in refrigerator for another 24 hours, shaking every 4 hours. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
