Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch ground ginger
- pinch ground cloves
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and spices. Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir to coat evenly. Toss in sugar mixture then spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
