Valerie responded to my original Facebook post and gave me the following ingredients:- Tater Tots
- Flavor Ice Popsicles
- Electrolyte Powder
- Chipotle Gouda Cheese
- Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets (bonus ingredient)
Honestly, I was hoping for something a little, ummm, simpler as I eased into this new series. But I am always up for the challenge. Valerie-here you go!
BBQ CHICKEN NUGGET AND TATER TOT-CHOS
Ingredients
- 1 pound dinosaur chicken nuggets
- 1 pound tater tots
- 1/2 cups bbq sauce
- 2 unfrozen grape Flavor Ice popsicles
- 1 packet of grape flavor Pedialyte
- 3/4 cup grape jelly
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1/4 cup Chipotle gouda cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook both chicken nuggets and tater tots according to the directions on their packages. When done, set aside. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees F. In a small sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until the jelly has melted. Stir until well combined. Toss nuggets and tots in the prepared sauce and pour into a aluminum foil lined 8X8 baking dish. Spoon a little extra sauce on top. In a small bowl, combine panko and shredded cheese and stir. Sprinkle over the nugget-tot mixture and bake until the topping is golden and bubbly.
